APIkit for SOAP 1.5.2 Release Notes

The org.apache.cxf:cxf-core module of the Apache CXF library is updated to 3.5.9.
APIkit for SOAP can now handle C0 control characters. To enable this feature, set the system property mule.soapkit.allowControlCharacters to true.
